Ordering & Shipping

Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is coming soon — join our email list to be notified.

How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 2 business days. Standard delivery takes 7–12 business days; expedited options are shown at checkout. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Is shipping free?
Yes — free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $6.95.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll take care of it. After that, your order is probably already packed — but you can always return it.

Paddles

Are PicklePaw paddles USAPA approved?
Yes. Every Art Series paddle is USAPA approved and legal for sanctioned tournament and league play.

Will the artwork wear off?
No. The illustration is UV-printed and sealed beneath the paddle's surface finish. It's not a decal or sticker. Normal play, sweat, and sun won't fade it. Like any paddle, avoid dragging the face on concrete.

Is this a good paddle for beginners?
Absolutely. The 16 mm core gives you a large, forgiving sweet spot and softer feel, which is exactly what new players need. Intermediate players will appreciate the carbon fiber spin.

What grip size is it?
4.25" circumference — the most common size, comfortable for most adult hands. If you prefer a thicker grip, add one of our overgrips.

How do I clean my paddle?
Wipe the face with a damp cloth. For carbon fiber, a paddle eraser (we sell one) removes ball residue and restores texture in seconds. No harsh chemicals.

Returns & Warranty

What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery, for any reason, as long as the paddle hasn't been played with outdoors. See our full Return Policy.

Is there a warranty?
Yes — 90 days against manufacturing defects (core separation, edge guard failure, grip defects). Normal wear, scuffs, and damage from misuse aren't covered.

My paddle arrived damaged.
Sorry! Email a photo to hello@picklepaw.shop within 7 days and we'll send a replacement right away.
