Shipping policy

Processing time. Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. holidays).

Shipping rates. Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $6.95. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Delivery time. Standard shipping: 7–12 business days. Expedited: 4–7 business days. Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped.

Tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

Address changes. Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We can't reroute a package once it has shipped.

Lost or damaged packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, wait 48 hours and check with neighbors and your carrier. If it still hasn't turned up, email hello@picklepaw.shop and we'll help. Items that arrive damaged will be replaced free of charge — send us a photo within 7 days of delivery.
